Can't connect, error 17

In an older post, the same issue was caused by antivirus SW… not sure if its the same for you.

(Error 17) Steam version

I bought this game back in 2017 so i thought now it’s officially release ill give it a try but when loading the game I get this error 17 and it loads no further. Any help would be appreciated.
