Every time i load my game i get this or if it connects the world doesn’t load right and i cant do anything. Its been happening since 12/17/24. Anyone have any ideas.
If you are certain it hasn’t expired, I think your best bet is to open a ticket by sending an email to support@playboundless.com

What does your world page say when you look at the info for your world?
Also, I’d recommend ShareX for taking screenshots. I’ve been using it for years.
Big question planet name?
Have you tried both portals…like the one on the left opens where you were last but the portal on the right you can pick a location. It could help. Not sure.
Also run all the way down the hall and then back to it so if that kicks it open.

Shadow moon is the one we are trying to get on and the rest of my family can get on no prob
If you are the original purchaser of the planet that placed the world control (the user names don’t match from what I can tell), contact the devs support@playboundless.com (but they’re on Holiday vacation so it might take awhile for a response).
If you friended your family, you can try to warp to them while they’re on the planet.
If you’re not the owner of the planet, is there a chance you’ve been blocked by accident in the world control?
