I Purchased a planet and fuel on Oct 2. I got my receipt and confirmation that the purchase went through. The money has been withdrawn from my bank. I clicked on the link in the confirmation email to configure the planet and completed that. I entered the redeem keys sent to me via the shop in game but the button to redeem them is greyed out. How do I resolve this?

Honeybear just redeemed planet code and is still waiting on E-mail to create it as well. I know another person got their e-mail and picked their biomes and such but planet has yet to spawn.

I sent an Email to support for my code not working. Hopefully we can get it figured out.
They were having World Generation issues but they should have fixed it since yesterday when they spawned my Sov
This is not that. They have codes that say valid but when they click to redeem it, it wont redeem. So they don’t get an email to even create the planet.
My issue has been resolved, my world has spawned
