Towers of Power on Alder has liquid breakers. Along with everything else. Not the cheapest but all quality tools.

Never. A few years back I decided to only sell things at my place on alder. With BUTT there is zero reason to put shops in malls. Plus my place hasn’t moved since launch so I think I’m well established enough that people can find me if they want.
That said there’s nothing wrong with malls. Certainly good for footfall. Especially for newer players.
