Color of concrete? How is it decided? Has there been white before?

Hey there. Is there white concrete? Is concrete color only determined by the color of sand? Or does gravel play a roll too?

I have used a lot of white concrete, from breaking down white rocks down to where they can be made into concrete.

But there hasn’t been any white sand so you would need to break it down from white rocks?

Cool grey is almost as nice and easier to make

Tbh cool grey looks more realistic. White is too “clean”

Cool grey looks pretty good too, I prefer white though because of how well it takes on the color of whatever gleam you use

Yup, blink exos commonly bring white colors

You get the color from rock, gravel or sand.

If you use rock you need to crush it until it’s sand, same for gravel.

White rocks are exo only, usually from blink.

Just did a quick check HERE … it has been on 7 Exos, always Blink (so far) and usually in the form of Sedi

closest perma is ‘cold berry’ from Houchus, but white rocks are very popular and when an exo appears, people get a lot of it. should be easy enough to buy for a reasonable price

Uses combustion particles

Basically rock + combustion particle in compactor to make gravel, then gravel + combustion particle in compactor to make sand.

I have a few white concrete at Nova Golda, probably @AeneaGames too.

iirc @Nightstar has white blocks in his shop but I’m not 100% sure

I bet @msnraul has a bunch of white concrete at ShowRoom USE. It might be cheaper to buy white rock from an exo shop if you have the materials however.

I know there are a selection of exo shops there at ShowRoom as well
