I am having an issue during the tutorial where after I craft the beacon, the quest isn’t completed. I am on PC and have about 6 characters and have done this many times before
Looks like you’re placing them in an already fuelled plot (from the campfire)
Place one in a new (wild) plot and you will be able to fuel it 
[Edit] oh nvm its stuck on the crafting step 
It looks to me like you might be either outside that beacon’s plots or inside another, separate beacon.
Have you actually entered a plot inside of the beacon/campfire where the beacons were crafted? I think the game doesn’t award crafting xp until you’re in the chunk where the items were crafted. Maybe feats/objectives are the same
Were you near the Crafting Table when the Beacon Control had finished crafting?
