Foliage is used in beacon fuel, but that’s about it. What if we were able to craft it into sticks, as an alternative to crafting sticks from logs?
If I recall, one log makes four sticks. I think it would be fair for foliage to craft into sticks at 1:1.

I rationalize it as sifting through piles of foliage to find a suitability sized branch and discarding the rest
Perhaps when farming comes out, foliage can be used in fertilizer as well as animal feed? Maybe compact it into a fuel?
Refine it into fabric?
