@james @Xaldafax I don’t know if this is on your radar or not but can we please get crafting from storage? Creativerse has this and it makes crafting infinitely more enjoyable as you don’t have to shuffle things back and forth between your limited inventory and then into the limited inventory of machines.

Edit: or just give us backpacks and we can craft from that inventory as well.
Crafting from storage would make it much easier. The ability for your machines to automatically craft intermediate items required to make the selected end item would make it much easier…but thinking about it now, if colour of items matter you probably wouldn’t want colours selected by an automated process. But for things without color, like food, or metal tools, it would work well. I have seen this in other games.
The ability to combine storage units into a really big storage would be helpful.
Or the ability for a machine to input material from multiple storage blocks, connected to the machine by conduits similar to how machines connect to a spark supply.
I’m hoping we have an update focused on automation across the board which I think would solve this need for sure…
