Make a new portal fuel you can spawn in only in creative world, and it can only be used 1x at a time per creative world for a free portal. So all other portals are fueled manually and cost normal.

James can decide on how many.
But creating a new fuel type that is limited to creative and how many are in use would b easy way to get around people misusing infinite free portals
So if someone went to use the fuel a second time while a free portal is active, they would just get a notice: This fuel type is already in use.
Personally I think if people get a free portal it should be extended to everyone, to be most equitable. But I’m down with that, if that were to be a thing. It’d definitely give people who don’t play regularly a reason to log on.

That’s the thing, it’s not that person’s portal, it’s that planets portal.
They couldn’t use it outside of the single creative planet.
So it’s not so much their portal.
