When i buy cubits from the psn store Outside of game) which character do they get assigned to if a player has multiple characters?, i know that cubits earned though levelling up are giving to that character but what about purchased cubits outside of the game?
EDIT: the main reason i am asking is because i recently created an alt character and needed clarification about cubits before i buy anymore.

With my original purchase i got a chest for the bonus cubits, and got to decide which character to open it with.
When I made a second purchase they were just automatically given to the first character I created.

There was no box to open and within 10 seconds of opening the exchange the cubits hits along with the notification
I have never seen that dialogue popup and i’ve been playing since the ps4 launch

when i said outside of the game i was referring to
either the console based ps store or from the ps store website
the in-game shop cubit purchases has a dialogue that pops up saying that the cubits will be giving to that character (whichever char your using at the time), purchasing outside of the game does not trigger a dialogue popup in-game.
Oh sorry for the confusion… this purchase was made from the console store (game is off Netflix is running) made the purchase booted the game and bang message!. I was saying outside of this experiment I always buy while in game
Pretty sure the cubits are given to the character you enter the game, while your sitting in sanctum it doesn’t give it to you. I never stay in sanctum Long enough to test it out.
Just for my curiosity why buy out of the game anyway?
Sorta you pick what character you want to get them and leave sanctum then open the exchange to get the qubits
I actually only use one character, I have alts but I don’t use them that much, so i have never tested that out, but I think that how it works. Normally I wait a minute and I get the cubits.
force of habit since i do it with other mmo/f2p games as the ps store connection in games like warframe or path of Exile tends to be either slow or times out hence buying them outside of the game.
