Some of our players cann’t ask you in english. I will be their voice.

First of all, we want to use unicode cyrillic characters in chat. Well, I cann’t write english so quickly and I have some difficulties with the phrase constructioning.

Secondly, it is a good idea to have a private messages in chat [like whispering] (I will keep a silence about group and guild channels, because this functions isn’t avaliable now).

Third, we need in a possibility to use copy&paste text in/by interchange buffer (for example some text in/by different text translate programs).
