theres three of us in a comminity on Gellis. we made a road of diamond and not a single one of us can chisel it. trying to half block the diamond as a road and can hit it with anything except a chisel. very odd to me.
Are you trying with a gem-chisel? 
You’ll need gem chisels for those blocks.
