Detailed view question

Hi there

i was wondering is there is some sneaky way to increase detailed view of far away place, cause ive seen several streams and screenshots with extremly high distance view + very high details visible. I have everything on max setings and im getting blurred vision like 50-60 blocks away from me… any ideas?

These 2 settings are probably the culprit, make sure to turn them off. What it’s doing is reducing LOD to ensure constant frame rate, but its really over compensating by a huge amount. I’m not sure if you need target FPS at unlimited, but Target Minimum FPS should be off for sure. [image]

Set Target Minimum FPS to OFF and Target Maximum FPS to UNLIMITED.

EDIT: Target Maximum FPS to Unlimited might not be required.

I’m not sure if its just overcompensating a bunch or its a bug, but it’s a huge difference and really changes the game experience for the better.

Maybe OFF should be the default setting, though I do have a good rig so I don’t have the best perspective maybe.
