Discuss: Random Loot Drops

I was wondering…What if there were random item drops? Nothing too powerful, but some small boons on hammers or slings or whatever when you break blocks or kill mobs. Scaled for the planet tier.

If you found one of these for every 30 minutes of grinding, that seems like it could be a nice reward for the effort and make your path just a wee bit easier.

Getting a lame magic sword from a random skeleton in Minecraft was always nice.

You may now argue, lol.

I want this, or randomly placed treasure chests inside caves or on top of mountains :smiley:

That would actually be a nice idea, as long as the dropped items weren’t too powerful to compete with player crafted ones.
