It may be possible to do what you want with normal sovereign worlds though wont it? You can just do a repeating time limited sovereign- the DKFarmMoon. Each month you scrub the old one and get a new one with the available colours of the month? Still allows rotation (just dont build on it hehe) and doesnt have to get funky with creative vs universe?
