No, tint changes should be free for gleam club members.

With Gleam Club all cosmetics can be freely colored.
Character appearance change is also free with Gleam Club.

Without Gleam Club you have to buy the kits with Cubits.
Advanced tinting (use of 3 colors instead of 1)
is a Gleam Club feature so that isn’t possible to buy with Cubits.
