People have asked for it, probably the devs are already working on something or planning something, but iam not sure xD

So, dyes to colour blocks would be nice so here is my idea:
one could maybe implement, that you can put any natural block into the extractor, geting out a dye of the colour of that block. now you can aply the dye in the mixer to any blocktype (maybe glass even hint hint). that way we can build with all the available spawned colurs in any blocktype and build even more amazing things , if that is even possible ^^

I do believe they have something in the works.
They said on one of the update posts that they made it possible to extract colours from a block (in terms of it actually being possible to implement later) and it seems like they do want to put something like this in.

Iā€™d prefer to go further and allow mixing dyes to generate new colours too
