As I spend half an hour looking for an Exo that turns out to be out of date, and not being able to find an updated list anywhere I thought id start a post logging any people have seen, will spend another hour or so checking planets and report back.
Found a T7 round Alcyon - Herculalt - 1day17H remaining.
I visited 3 recently. One is off Serp, I’d have to look at my notes to find the third.

Exo Tiling left earlier today, and Dorvis left on the 13th
Locations for these exos are up at my base. Galdrien’s Manor, on the second floor. (portals at HoD, Reapers on Alder, Chics Bricks on Sorissi, and Linc hub.) I need to come up with a less thrown together solution, but its working for the moment.

New exo off Shedu Tier. Completed atlas, location tokens and colour display all now available at Sydney Supplies on Lasaina (close to the spray paint shop).
Colours aren’t too exciting, decent goo amounts but the cave system isnt ideal for gathering loads of it.

I think you are confusing Boundlexx with Boundless. Not too sure how the community team is biased though or how that is even on topic for Exo sightings.

I think at this point, he’s just ranting and not making much sense. He should probably see a doctor about. Could be early onset dementia?
