Circa is always an ideal spot to build as you only need a 1x2 portal to get to the main hub and really the only reason I moved there.
There’s some great communities out there to join.

This is one of those situations where blueprints would be nice. They could move it from the sovereign to a home world somewhere, where it could be guild aligned and fed to preserve it.
