It looks like we do have a fix for this, so the flickering should be removed once it’s pushed to an update.

I have the same issue on Xa Frant. I noticed the fog comes with the rain. My building is underground and the fog is worse if im holding gleam or have light epic enabled.

The original issue was about the mist / fog being too close to the camera. Your issue is a bit different though. What are the coordinates of that location?
