is there any food that gives XP which ones give the least to the most and do you use the furnace to cook them ?

There’s no food I know of that gives XP when you eat it. Although, I think you get a little XP for making food, like you get XP for crafting other stuff.

I GUESS THIS IS MOSTLY WRONG AGAIN, AFTER THE MOST RECENT PATCH @Jiivita for the original post (images, formatting, data etc…) and to anyone who contributed to that thread in any way. All the data in this new one should be updated for the current release I hope!
If you are able to add anything to this, or know how the atmosphere stuff works (see below by the atmosphere foods), or if anything here seems wrong then please say
There is teaching food, it does not give you XP but increases your XP gain for a set amount/time.
