Any others you know of? That’s the only shop I know and they havent restocked lately or else I just missed it

Ark’nArt’s, in the Gyosha Mall and Legendville Mall. Portals available from Biitula PS hub and the Legendville portal hub.

I got a small place in Black Light, “Citadel tower”.
