I’m looking for a shop that sells good 3x3 hammers
I’d recommend the one next to the SE corner of the TNT hub but ATM its sold out on hammers.

Trickyy’s Shop in Gyosha mall has some excellent hammers, as well as a good variety at Tharkun’s shop, and several others. Great low prices too 
Access via PS Biitula, PS Gyosha, and most major Hub networks & large shops.
