Forging time at World Regeneration Bombs

Are there any instances where you thought you have some forge effects, but there are no descriptions available. Some players touched on this here:

Quirk effects not accurately displayed

I’ve seen this with debuff boons(slow, bleeding and all the others) on weapons. When they are done it just says Something like “on hit applies” and then there is no description.
