my sovereign world has oxide grey metamorphic rock, but sadly i dont know any place with cool grey. dzassak also has ashen grey

Cool grey is for meta not available. Its currently available on an exo. Cool grey however is unlocked for Igneous rock. But people rather farm the rock than transform it via chisel.
