Update: I’ve collected some and put them in my shop for free near my door. See pic below…
I’m working in the Gyosha Mall right now and my inventory is full. All of the blocks are floating around me. Rocks, soil, etc. Gyosha Ophin > Gyosha Mall. Portal also on the bottom row in Finata/Ultima hub.
