From Oort Online to Boundless

It’s very refreshing to see that the money I spent to support this game isn’t going to waste. By the looks of it the community is growing nicely and the devs are working really hard on the game. I remember buying into this when all you could do was walk around and build stuff in only a handful of different worlds. I also remember how much of a pain it was to play because at the time there was only a browser version that got around 20 fps, but I still played because the game was gorgeous. It’s come a long way since I last played. For those of you that have played since the beginning like I have, I hope this image below reminds you of those fun orange block times.

Fellow early backer, still here
Man, those were the DAYS! Nobody had beacons, but you didn’t need them because nobody griefed! The Fooks spawn town and Ry’s huge game breaking light tower were pristine and uncrowded. I think I was backer… 14? 17? Something pre-20 I think.

Nothing as fun as a 4000 ping extreme rubberbanding browser game with no sound!

but yeah, it was cool, this forum is waaaay better though.

Yeah the lighthouse was amazing, I’m so glad I had the chance to see it. I build some weird light temple near it, but it wasn’t as great as the giant lighthouse xD The first image is of my build when I started it, and you can see the lighthouse. The second image is when it was halfway done. I never finished it though :(.
