I would like to know who is currently running this game on full graphics and what system specs you have. I am planning on building a new computer early next year and I am curious about what specs are needed to run this game at it’s max. I plan on building a gaming pc and doubt that I will have issues but it’s still nice to know. Thanks!
I may be wrong, but I think @Zouls has said he has a pretty nice setup at some point.
16gb ram, i7 processor, gtx 970 G1 4gb gaming card, 2½ terabyte hardisk. and i still cant play it on max yet without lagging. can do almost though. so for now i dont think it really matters. in the future i suspect it might not be quite as intensive.
I’ve got a similar setup:
- 780 Ti (3GB)
- i7-6700k (running at 4.6Ghz)
- 32GB RAM
- SSDs
I’m able to run it at max settings at 60+fps at 1080p. It starts to struggle (20-30 fps) at a 4k resolution, though.
Tell also the generation of your i7 processor, else it’s giving just half information.
Pretty old tbh. got it a few years ago. cant remember where you can see it.
if I just open the system summary (windows 7), there is the processor unit called:
i7-2600 - 3.4 GHz
with “i7-2600” on google, you can already find all information. But the generation number is necessary.
This comes with mine:
I have everything on max and play with 40-60 fps all time.
But a GTX 980 instead of the 980 Ti should also be able to handle everything at max and it is a LOT cheaper.
Intel core I7-2600K 3.6 GHz
All good info. I know that things can, and probably will, change drastically between now and when I do the build but this is a good basis.
I think it’s hard to find the perfect balance of maximum and minimum. On the one hand you want the maximum possible audience for your game, so it should run also “good” on low systems. On the other hand you like to make it look very nice for people with strong engines… I’m also curious what requirements at the final game will be there.
I just hope sever will be better then the amazon developer servers xD because they are causing me huge trouble… much more hen any graphic problem could do.
My HTPC is an i5 with a gtx970, plays at full graphics no problem, and plays every other game I’ve tried at max graphics without breaking a sweat (except Dwarf Fortress, where it will regularly hit 20 fps). I have an i5 laptop with integrated Intel graphics driving a 3200x1800 display running the web client on full graphics and I’ve never had a problem. My bottleneck is always network, because I live in that 90% of the world where ‘high speed’ means hitting 1 MB/s on a good day.
