Fullscreen bug

My game keeps going from full screen to windowed. I tried uninstalling and downloading it again, I tried verifying the cache nothing works, I also can only look left and right no longer can look up and down. There isn’t an option to reset settings to default so that is a bummer. I tried setting my graphics to auto no luck. I also tried restarting like 5 times.

Edit: To sum it up when I load into the game I am in fullscreen when I start to move it jumps between full screen and windowed over and over and I can not aim up or down.

Edit: I fixed it, Will was right. Somehow the F11 option had mouse wheel up set to cause full screen to happen. I wasn’t actually mouse wheeling just moving around seemed to cause it. It’s fixed now.
