(pre-release info) after a long time analyzing of malls i have been part off and the problems i have experienced and suggestions from others i came up with a own style , not many of you know that i was working on this (only build a couple of days non stop…)
there’s roughly 100 spots and no expanding will be done ,this way it will always be a finished mall.
is it full? yeah you will have to wait until a spot opened up, a list of expectations/rules will be made
for example inactive shops for lets take an example 2 weeks will be manually reclaimed to free up space if this is required , there will both be rules for the shop owner and the mall owner (me) to give everyone the best shopping experience!
the center (tower) will have a couple of floor levels, all the hubs and higher tier planets will be from the ground floor and player portals from the 1st floor/2nd floor
all footfall will be combined on a weekly basis and made into a lottery giveaway!
you would be able to check the coin pot daily and gets updated daily
only those owning a shop at the future mall will have a chance of winning
everything and how the whole lottery will work will come soon pretty unique
the shop spots are 2x2 and the corners can reach from 3x3 to 4x4 (varies)
there’s no height limit , so go crazy to your likings!
to keep the mall from showing all shops sky-high a roof is being created to reduce clutter

I’m not a designer builder but i will try to make it look nice in my way the HOST way it still gets 4 towers in each direction and connected to the mall with machines to be used by the shop owners
yeah xa frant is still many i know talk about i do miss it at times
it will always have a place in my heart.
so far the mall is nearing 20 mill prestige but the goal is to have it at 32 mill
