Quit to desktop and relaunch game. If that doesn’t work and you have the game through steam then it is a current steam issue that is occuring.
Check your WiFi too- turn it off for 30 seconds and then back on and see if that does it

Using a VPN to change my routing to the steam server let me log back in when I got the error.

Even after turning on my VPN I still get the issue. Steam client is working fine (I’m currently verifying the files with Steam)
It looks like it’s letting me get as far as logging into Boundless and then failing AFTER that?
EDIT: It’s odd, I was literally fine playing and then I went to switch character and since then it won’t allow me to log on
It is hit and miss, trying a few times without the VPN let me in just a bit ago.
Thanks Soju I’ll just keep trying for a bit! And if I get on, I’m staying on my one char until it’s resolved LOL
So they still haven’t fixed this problem.
Sometimes clearing the download cache on steam can fix the connection issue.
