Just dont block anyone in, if you do this, go out into the middle of nowhere, so avoid accidental griefing. I’d rather not be confined because of this movement.

Another idea for this is we could add a “lottery” to this planet spawn as well, where we pool coin using an entry fee of say 1k coins. One trusted person would collect this coin. (Obviously this is probably more trouble than its worth so we could stick to bragging rights)
But basically everyone would get ONE guess as to one of the colors/block type that planet would spawn. You would have to be exact in your guess, for example: stark lavender sedimentary rock. The winner would get the coin (bragging rights). The coin (bragging rights) would be split if more than one person guessed correctly.

I want to see a world that’s doesn’t have trees, water, or lava. Just a big flat surface, and every inch is covered in Desert Plants.
Also, I want a Water World. A planet that is like 90% covered in Water.
And Boats! I want to ride boats on said water world! Make it so @james!

Could be a fun global event.
The last time I did this in a mmo was years ago.
I don’t remember what was the deal (an epic boss spawn in the middle of a town I guess)
But we never get it 
A game master take pity on us and launched some fireworks to give the huge crowd something to watch.
The operation was still successfull. I mean…we had a blast doing this.
Guys, I hate to be the bearer of bad news - but I already discussed this very idea weeks ago with the devs directly, and it can’t be done
The planet generation system can’t be tricked, because the planets don’t TRUELY auto-generate. They FLAG for auto-generation, but the devs have to press the button to actually spawn more worlds
So if they see we’re just gaming the system, they just won’t press the button. Sorry all!

Sorry, it is a really good idea. I wanted to do this exact thing and so I messaged Steggs privately and asked for permission and if it would work - and he explained why it would not work.
So, great minds think alike! But we both lose in this situation because I would prefer if it DID work the way you wanted it to lol

I seem to think, that if the community comes together, and actually does this as an outcry for another Diamond world… It may hold much more weight. You can post on the forums all you want, but this would be a massive undertaking that could not be ignored.
Secondly, if Serp is full for days on end… they would have no choice
