Getting no response from support email

I’ve emailed wondergamez 3 times asking for a refund due to unplayable server conditions and the fact my digital deluxe version STILL hasn’t been credited to my account. Now, I’ve come to the forums in a last ditch effort before I file a claim through Paypal. I hope to have some resolution here, or at the very least actually hear back from them.
