Goo question

Okay, I’ve got my goo mutating on gleam, now that I’ve got the color kernels I want I need to build a rock near growth farm to optimize right. My main question is do I need to use multiple colors of rock or can I go with just one color. I read you can get random mutations so would you go with one main color of rock or a variety.

I would recommend that was recommended to me and use the same color rocks as your final goo mutation… this will reduce it mutating to something odd. make sure the growth farm is 3 blocks away from the rock setup or else your numbers will be off… sorry for delay in reply had family over…

Thank you So much, I understand exactly what I need to do, visited spectrum. They helped me understand completely the setup I need, I’m rosa in game, lol.

Awesome… I was there earlier they have a massive setup going

Yes they do, I’m amazed, I need a lot more gleam …

makes mine look small lol

Mine too, I was mutating on gleam with brick n lava around, so confusing when putting it away, I like the way they set up so all color is together. Easier to harvest and organize for sure.

if you going with that massive scale setup yes… i’m too poor to go that big lol

Who gave you that advice and how did they prove that this is correct?

I have a goo farm for almost half a year now with a sectioned crop farm (black and white rocks) and have never seen any correlation between rock color and random mutation.

Rock color doesn’t affect the random mutation according to this.

@VirtualEclipse I did some testing and when I used a different color that % that did mutate resulted in some colors what were not close to the main color I mutated on the gleam. When I used the same rock color as my main goo that I mutated that % that ended up mutating from the rock were close to the colors I originally mutated… then I just put it back on the gleam to attempt to mutate to the original goo I was aiming for.
