Greva (my son) is stuck in Sanctum [SOLVED]

Although my 2 characters are absolutely still stuck in the sanctum (weeks now) after an exo ended. My home beacons are still available, I just can’t warp there because I just get the illegal protocol message and then the warp shuts itself down.

I’ve attempted to send all 5 characters parked on exoworlds to Sorissi.

My son’s home beacon ( I am sorry I just remembered this) is actually owned by me. He does not have a master control beacon because he does not have gleam club and when it expired months ago I plotted reserves over it with one of my alts.

I’ve attempted to send Greva to Xa Frant.

Thank you so much! My 2 characters who were stuck in sanctum successfully made it back to Sorissi (I’m very grateful! seriously! Thank you. <3 ). Unfortunately, the 3 I had just paid to take to Kata also are back on sorissi. hahaha I’m just glad to have my others back, though. thank you so much! I really appreciate the help.

This is resolved and if everyone is happy we can close this. Greva made it out and now he is dancing around and cheering!! Cool. Thanks James and devs.

I also managed to reproduce it on a local copy of the worlds with Greva’s characters, so we’ve worked out what was happening and it looks like it’s an edge case we’d already fixed somewhere else.
Hopefully we should be able to roll that change out as a hotfix so it doesn’t happen to anyone else (or fixes it for anyone else who hasn’t reported it yet)
