@Northwind Can you open the following link in a browser (on your game machine) and share the response: https://gsusw1.playboundless.com:8443/api/ping
This will help us confirm if your machine can connect cleanly to the game server.
If it’s successful - we’ll need to work out why you’re unable to download the world from the server.
If it fails - then there is something (router or firewall) stopping the game connecting to the server.
