Just arrived at my new Sovereign World and went to set my colors and it is grayed out and says default. It says availble for change in 2 weeks. When purchased it said i could set my colors. What us up?
Sounds like you accidentally set the colors

You can only set the colors once per billing period. Once you lock them, you have to wait for the next billing period to change them again.
You can set them every two weeks, so technically more than once per billing period. And that also depends upon how much fuel you buy. Let say you get a small sov and then buy a lesser world fuel for it. You can change the colors 4 times before you need to pay again.
