I found a “Hunter’s Portal” on Till, which has some nice shop stands selling golden fists and resurrection potions, but from what I could tell, that’s where it ends. I couldn’t spot any hunting platforms or portals etc.
That may just be due to hating lava. Also due to hating lava, I think I’d prefer not to hunt on Till at all haha. Apparently there are bridges between most of the islands, but I don’t know the planet well enough to lead a decent hunt there.
The best part about hunting in our night time is most of the usual hunting planets should be clean, meaning easier to get meteorites to spawn, and a quicker hunt.
I’ll get set up with the tokens to hunt on Delta Cancret, and look at setting up some warps on Boori for the (not too distant) future. Boori may not get us as much loot, but will still be fun, and a lot less frustrating than Till imo.
I didn’t realise Flan was AU. So long as everyone has the required protection points, that would probably be better. It’s a pity we can’t set up direct portals to those planets. Running blind through a hub is… mildly annoying.
I’m a kiwi and would be more than happy to get involved with organized hunts suitable to our timezone and on our own planet.
@Xaviien I currently run a shop that sells higher end forged equipment and with portals to a couple of the T4 planets already direct from Lutrion. If we could get enough people involved it would be quite feasible to set up a mini portal network of sorts that would be friendly to Australasian players.

I’ll hook up a portal from my place to yours once I figure out where I want my portals. Having direct access to a decent shop would be nice on it’s own haha
I’ve set up a Discord server we can use for voice chat. It’s pretty bare bones right now, but will do what it needs to. I’ll muck about with it more later.
I would highly recommend using it, even just to listen in using your phone.
Yeah, so I found the Flan hunting platforms @econodog. They’re owned by LaFamilia, but the doors aren’t locked so we can use them regardless.
For some reason I went looking on Till yesterday. Any wonder I couldn’t find them!
The problem with higher level planets are the elements. I think we should hunt somewhere easier for a while, and work on getting everyone kitted out with Diamond slingbows.
@WauloK we are practically neighbours. I love Port, and would live there if there were more jobs. We have a few friends that live up that way.
I guess depending on who is keen to hunt, what protection skills they have and what gear they are equipped with will determine the location. Would be nice to hunt on an AUS server planet, but I know Flan isn’t a good starter hunt planet to ease people into it. Till isn’t ideal with all the lava, so perhaps see how everyone’s ping is on Delta Cancret or Circarpous I, or even just Boori may well do for a few beginner hunts.

If you can possibly just listen in, even that would be fantastic. I find it very hard to read the in-game chat, and it’s difficult to find time to type during a hunt anyway.
Thanks to everyone for coming along, and thank you for the photos @boundmore. They really captured the essence of that hunt! Same place, same time, on Saturday night. I don’t think I could commit to doing that every night though haha
I’ll be a little more organised next time, and make sure I have tokens, AND warp conduit hahaha
I think we’ll make our way around the planet, rather than doing the same 10 over and over like some of the other hunts seem to do.
I also think within a week or two we’ll be able to hit level 6 meteorites on Galan and/or McRib. I’ll make a separate post sometime tomorrow, and figure out the Discord bot etc to help advertise.
