UPDATE

A hot fix has been released to resolve this issue for both Steam and PS4 users. For PS4, you should see the update very soon - the build has passed submission and is in the patching process now.

This fix does not require any server downtime, but if you experienced the issue, you will need to restart Steam to ensure you get the update through (PS4 users, yours should let you know a new update is available).

Hi guys,

We’re aware some players are encountering an error when trying to sign up for a Boundless account, the error they’re receiving is Error 16.

We have a new build being tested at the moment and are planning to release a hot fix as soon as possible to get the issue resolved (this should be this evening BST).
