Hello back in late 2014 I bought this game when it was know as oort. Later in 2015 i noticed the game was on open beta, so I wanted to try it out. But I was not able to log in, because the game had changed name. The new game does not remember me. I still have the Receipt that I bought the game. The date based must have deleted my account, because it does not remember my mail or my log in

What was your backer level ? if it was trailblaizer you can’t get access till B< is released (version 1.0)
B< was NEVER open beta. it was always closed beta for explorer or higher backer levels (apart from the fact that it’s still pre-alpha) please visit this link for more informations about the backer levels.
Please note that the trailblazer level has been removed and can not be purchased any longer as Oort become B<. Your purchase is still logged in the @devs database and you will be informed when you get access.
that’s most likely because you are trailblaizer and not explorer. if you are sure you are explorer level or higher please contact the @devs (@james, @OortElf) and they’ll help you out ASAP (they have already been notified because i taged them - nothing to do for you now).

Thanks @Heurazio! Hello Zwixxy! Seems like you are one of the lucky ones with the Trailblazer that people can no longer buy. It appears that we missed sending you the email about the Trailblazers (or that the email got lost in the SPAM filter). Our apologies. . Don’t worry. We will contract you when the game is ready for the Trailblazers. I see an email that starts with zwixxy in our database and I am assuming this is you.
