How long do you wait for a response to your emails

Is it normal for a business to take over 7 days to respond to an account question? How long do you usually wait for someone to answer back?

as a community member im more worried that posts like these are becoming more frequent with little oversight to lock and hide them away.

normally all of those hot topic posts or lock request get done quickly but i think its mostly just majorvex doing all the volunteer work these days.
