It all depends on what payments u have used, but in most cases definitely within 5 minutes

Purchased a world yesterday and got the configure email almost immediately.
After configuring, the world appeared after about 3 hours, which is an improvement over last year when it was taking, for me, 8–24 hours for each one.

I used to get the configure email immediately with the confirmation email, but the last two or three it took 45 minutes or so to get it. My payment method didn’t change, so not sure what the difference was.
