How to Centraforge e.g. Gold Fist?

Hey there, I have always bought my gold fists from other forgers but now i want to see whats behind (and how i can save some coins possibly).

My question is simple: How do I forge a gold fist with +dmg +crit-effect +dura and max these as much as possible.

I have never touched the centraforge before but I have one standing around with a bunch of adv powercoils and I have a skillpage ready for forging.

Just replace the gums he uses, with the gums you need
