I had placed my first campfire on a map that expired. I continued the starting quest to build my first beacon but the orange home icon still appears on the compass tracking tool at the top of the screen in a different location. Where do I find out where my beacon is? I looked in a different question but am not sure still how to find it. I may need to have some others join my game to assist if needed. Thank-you -Billy

move to Sanctum and pick a beacon from list on beacons/locations and warp to your beacon

Have you placed a Beacon? If you go to the main menu and select the locations tab, then look at the Beacons tab, there will be a list of your Beacons. If there isn’t anything there yet then you don’t have a Beacon. If there is one, you can click on it and tell it to be your destination and an arrow will show up in the compass to guide you to it. You can set any of your locations as the destination and you may have something else targeted.
Also, like Zjawcia said, you can always go to Sanctum and warp directly to your Beacons. If you set one as the home beacon, the warp is free.

Oh, from the main menu it would be places, not locations. So select places and then beacons to view the list of beacons.

I see now how to get there from the Sanctum or by pressing Tab Key on PC to get to Character Menu and then Places to see the Beacon guide.

If you don’t set a new beacon as home beacon, then home will always refer to that original campfire.
