Yeah, I tried everything I could think of. Looks like you just have to do the first few parts of the tutorial real quick.

can’t start playing properly without completing them. there’s that permanent daylight buff for example, that won’t go away until you do the required steps

I think that is controlled by char level, not the tutorial. But could be wrong.

hmm, could be. usually lasted about as long as it took me to do the tutorial. probs that’s why I thought it was the case
