Had you just recently changed your stamina stat? It looks like you’ve got the “Full Up” buff, but you’re not. HP (for me) only goes up if I’m “Full Up”. So maybe the server is confused by this situation where your stamina isn’t near full, but you’ve got the buff.

Ahh yea I can see that maybe its the buff. It cant find out if it should regen or not xD

This randomly happened to my characters at lower levels. Sometimes my HP would tick down instead of up. I couldn’t figure it out but it had something to do with food.

Are you both still seeing this from time to time?

I haven’t seen it for a few weeks, since around lvl 15-25
