It is slowly stealing oort shards from portals until it builds up a large enough stockpile for a full on invasion.

Now there’s an Idea…
Could the Dev’s have a new event where enormous amounts of critters spawn on High tier planets and call them “Invasions”? New public hunting parties to clear them out. Maybe give each elite critter the chance of dropping oort…to make it worthwhile charging through the landscapes again fighting back the waves of wildstocks. Oh that would be fun!
But for real, I think the warping wraith or hunter is still coming. I believe the devs had said they needed more time to get the A.I. right.

Recently I asked and it needed polish and refinement but they had been focused on Farming polish and refinement.

Wasn’t there a bug early after release where some players had meteors that spawned a ridiculously enormous amount of creatures??? See if I can find the post… think there was a YouTube vid as well.

Hunter or Wraith is fine. No need to say “huntress”. A medieval fantasy game would label something like that, not Boundless.

It’s a she. At least one of the devs referred to it as she. Just like the official name is warp wraith. Kinda like how dark matter is Umbris now.
I thought boundless was medieval.

Yea I’m weird and won’t ever call it a hunter since that’s no longer it’s name. To me that’s like calling a chocobo a bird. Sure it’s a bird but it’s not the name of it.
Also when I saw the title Hunters? I immediately thought it was going to be questions about us as hunters and the skill sets etc.
They may change the name again before it’s released, we dunno. Last time I peeked at the files, the hunter ones were still in there.

I thought there were still some old file names for other things that have different names in game too tho. Could be wrong as I don’t go snooping in things that (I feel at least) aren’t meant to be snooped in.
