Ah right. Before you consider uninstalling steam. Check avast permissions for Boundless. Mine had some weird ones for the game and I had to change a few to “allow all” or something like that.
EDIT: I’m going through all ideas devs gave back month ago when I couldn’t play and had exactly same problems.

not boundlesslog.txt in Turbulenz >>> Boundless >>> (%localappdata%) if not try verifying through steam (if you don’t know how - r-click boundless > properties > local files > verify)
Otherwise you can still find it with the search of %appdata%
Otherwise you will have to wait for someone else - sorry you are having this issue dude
