I can't leave the santcum before crashing!

For some reason before getting a chance to even leave the sanctum, everytime my personal portal opens to the planet nicknamed Surfin Safari, the game crashes. Ive made it out before crashing but still manage to crash. I have uninstalled the game a couple of times as well as lowering the quality before crashing and still no luck. I cant’t even post a crash report here because apparently there is more than 2 links in the crash report?

Please help

Finding the Boundless game log:

The game generates logs in following locations:

On Mac OS X:
~/Library/Logs/Boundless/log.txt 
On Windows:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Turbulenz\Boundless\log.txt
On most versions of Windows %LOCALAPPDATA% is a hidden directory. To access the file you can type the path to the file directly into Windows Explorer.

Please Note - The most recent log will be log.txt, older logs will appear with a number at the end of the file.
