I didn't get my cubits for leveling up(solved)

I didn’t get my cubits when I leveled up (above 50). I am a member of the gleam club. I saw the cubits go into my inventory when I opened the box, only to have them immediately disappear! I wanted to get some more cleanse points because I only have 2 left! What do I do?
